His Love Will Be Our Guide
by Randy Thompson
As we stand here in the hands of the Lord face to face
Trusting in this miracle of God's matchless grace
I can only promise
What the Lord has promised me
My love is true
And I will go with you
Following separate pathways that have led us to this place
And from here we take the same road
We have no way of knowing
What this winding path will lead us through
But I will go with you
chorus
And His love will be our guide
When life is torn asunder
His hope will be our anchor in the storm
His peace will guard our hearts
As darkness settles over us
He will be the light to see us through
And I will go with you
As I hold your hand in my hand and promise you my love
It's so much more than words can ever say
The love you see in my eyes
And reflected now in yours
We know is true
And I will go with you

Home To Glory
Woke up Sunday morning wiped the sleep out of my eyes
Mamma combed my hair and my Daddy tied my tie
Then they said come on boy we gotta get there don’t want to be late
We gotta get there ‘cause church starts at eight
‘Cause it’s a long road home to glory
Preacher said we’ll get there by and by
So my son you better get ready
Jesus just might come back again tonight
Well we walked into that little church and quietly sat down
The choir started singing and the people all around
Smiles as their voices seemed to fill the air
And I couldn’t help but thank God I was there
‘Cause it’s a long road home to glory
Preacher said we’ll get there by and by
So my son you better get ready
Jesus just might come back again tonight
Well I don’t remember everything the preacher said
And I didn’t really listen to the passage that he read
But I do remember clearly one thing I heard him say
Jesus Christ could come for me some day
Well many years have past since then and many things have changed
And the words the preacher spoke that morning now don’t seem so strange
I find myself looking in the clouds where He will be
When the trumpet sounds and He returns for me
‘Cause it’s a long road home to glory
Preacher said we’ll get there by and by
So my son you better get ready
Jesus just might come back again tonight
Jesus just might come back again tonight
Jesus just might come back again tonight
HOSANNA
by Randy Thompson
The people waiting
Were anxiously anticipating
The coming Messiah
They'd longed for for all of their lives
And Jesus approaches
On a colt He rides
To the chorus of voices that rose as the people cried
Chorus
Hosanna, Blessed is He who comes
Hosanna, Blessed is He
Who comes in the name of the Lord
The adoration
That greeted the coming King
They spoke of the peace
That in heaven and on Earth He would bring
And the chorus kept building
As more people gathered 'round
And if the people kept silent
The rocks they would cry out loud
Chorus 2x
